ZAIN SHAMI is one of the first hijab-wearing comedians to perform stand-up in the world. Born in the Middle East, Zain and her parents relocated to Los Angeles when she was just two years old. As someone with very strong family and religious ties, yet an American lifestyle, she has a unique cultural perspective which she grapples with through lots of laughter and love!
